These dogs were the owners life for many years, and she was heartbroken to give them up but trusts the rescue to find them a loving, quiet, and comfortable home to spend the rest of their retirement.
They were thankfully in good spirits and settled back into the kennels very well, however, due to their age their teeth were overdue some much needed attention. This will need to be done before they are adopted.
The rescue estimated that the cost was going to be roughly £500 per dog so were reaching out for donations to help cover part of their veterinary care.
Miss Maggie sent lovely Millie and Fea £300 as a contribution towards their dental work.
