Gift 50: Fudge

If the tumour has metastasised, it will be to the liver and/or spleen so Fudge had to have a fine needle aspirates at the same time her lymph node was also removed.

After the mass removed from her neck was confirmed to be a mast cell tumour she went back to the vet for fine needle aspirations on her liver and spleen as these are the organs where metastatic cells would be expected to be found.

The good news is that there were no suspicious cells found. we sent £100 over to help towards her vet fees.
